David has over 13 years experience as an engineering consultant in varying capacities, services, and fields.  He has done production CAD work in Land Surveying, Mapping, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineering.  For the past seven years, he has been serving as an independent consultant/contractor committing his talents and experience toward helping Surveyors, Civil Engineers Environmental Consultants, Contractors, and National Home Builders achieve uncommon success.  Throughout his career David has used his extensive knowledge of technology and programming to increase efficiency and productivity in his clients and team members. 

David has been using and working with AutoCAD and AutoDesk products for over 20 years.  He has a vast knowledge and understanding of the CAD environment, language, operating principals, and command structure.  He has programmed computers varying in scale from hand-held calculators to VAX and Prime mini-computers to dedicated data sampling hardware.  He has coded in FORTH, Pascal, BASIC, C, C++, VBA, C#, LISP, and even FORTRAN.  David’s exceptional understanding and experience with systems, data management, data organization and manipulation has given him the ability to interpret and convert manual production methodologies to automated processes that increase CAD user potential.

Education:  BS in Mechanical Engineering, Auburn University.

Kevin is a results-oriented Registered Landscape Architect and Real Estate Agent from Georgia with 12 years of professional experience.  An excellent leader and trouble-shooter, with a proven track record of productivity, increased efficiency and profitability.   He has worked in both the consultant and client sectors of Land Planning Design and Real Estate Development industries.  Kevin is thoroughly versed in the processes of Land Development.  Before forming CADTRACTS, LLC, he was directly involved in all project phases including; Plan Production, Consultant Management of Acquisitions/Due Diligence, Planning, Zoning, Estimating, Permitting, Construction, and Final Platting for a South Eastern Residential/Mixed Use Community Developer responsible for the planning of 1500-2500 units per year.

Kevin is also a certified Microsoft Professional.  He has used AutoCAD for almost 20 years and is versed with most Autodesk packages including standard AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Land Development Desktop, and the Civil overlay package.  He has managed AutoCAD systems, standards, networks, users and processes both on the consultant and client side of development.  Kevin’s unique background affords him the ability to analyze and identify specific design, drafting, and production methods or sequences to develop S.O.P’s and B.M.P drafting standards that increase user production and efficiency.
