This function will label the area of lots in square feet and/or acres. 

The function will ask the user   Label area in square feet? <Yes/No>.  Enter Yes to have
the lots area in square feet labeled.

The function will then ask   Label area in acres? <Yes/No>.  Enter Yes to have
the lots area in acres labeled.

The first time in each Autocad session that the command is executed, the function will prompt for the label
height.  This height will be used a the default height throughout the session.  The height can be changed
at any time by entering the command css_SetAreaLabelHt at the command line.

The function will prompt the user to select those units to be labeled.  Individual lots can
be selected or any valid Autocad selection method can be used (window, crossing, all, etc). The selection
will be filtered to those css_lot_data block references on the Lot Block Data layer as set in
the Layer Manager . 

The area labels will be placed on the Lot Area Labels layer as set in the Layer Manager.
