Edit/Customize Lots-
Add Lot Numbers

This function will add Lot Numbers to the lots created by Land Planner Suite.

When lots area created, Land Planner Suite inserts a block in each lot with unique identifier number.
This value increments by 1 with every new lot. And it increments in the direction that lots are
created.  This number will probably not be equal to the desired lot number in the the final plan.

So Land Planner Suite includes a function will Add Lot Numbers in the order that the user specifies.
This function can number lots sequentially without regard to the order in which they were created.

To determine the numbering sequence, the user will select the lots to be numbered using a
Fence selection. The fence should be drawn through the lots in the order in which they should be
numbered. The fence does not have to cross the lot data block reference, but should be
as close as possible (within 20'-25').

The first time in each Autocad session that the command is executed, the function will prompt for the label
height.  This height will be used a the default height throughout the session.  The height can be changed
at any time by entering the command css_SetUnitLabelHt at the command line.

The area labels will be placed on the Lot Number Labels layer as set in the Layer Manager
