Create Lot Lines Using Centerline

These functions allow a user to layout lots based on the centerline of the road,
starting from an existing lot line, or intersection. If the lots are to start from an
existing property line or previous lot, the first lot created will have standard side
setbacks. If the lots are to start from a road intersection, the first lot created
will have a corner side setback that creates a lot that is typically wider than
a standard lot.
