Lots will be created using the criteria entered in the Unit Manager.  Lots are initially created at the width
and depth according the these criteria.  If these dimensions are not sufficient to meet the area criteria, the
width will be adjusted until the minimum area is met.  Also,  should there be a rear lot constraint encountered,
the functions will use that constraint as the rear lot line, adjusting the width as necessary in order to satisfy
the lot area requirements.
