This function allows the user to align the Unit/lot labels to the current UCS. This is useful for re-aligning
the labels of the lots created by the Draw Cul-de-Sac Template command.

Also included with Land Planner Suite is a function to 'flip' text (rotate text 180 degress about its i
insertion point).  This command can be accessed by entering FT as the Autocad commmand line.
