This function will create a text table summary of the all the Unit Types within the drawing.

The summary has two options, Row output or Column output.  The options can be
selected from the Formatting Options dialog box.

The function will then prompt for a text height and insertion point. The summary chart will be
created on the current layer and with the current text style.
