This function allows the user to add additional area to existing tracts.

In the Currently Defined Tracts list box on the left, highlight the tract to which the additional
area should be added and click Add Area to Existing Tract. The function will then prompt
the user to Select Tract Boundary(ies).  The user can select one or multiple polyline(s)
and/or region(s).  When selection is complete, the selected entities will be changed to
the layer of the Tract Type of the selected Tract and filled with the appropriate
hatch pattern. The tract area and number of units will be updated in any subsequent
use of any Land Use Summary reports.
