Tract Type Name: A unique identifier for this Tract Type
Changing this value will create a new Tract Type. Leaving
this value unchanged will overwrite the existing Tract Type.
Tract Layer Name: A name prefix for the layers will be created
in the current Autocad drawing for entities associated with
this tract type.  Tract boundaries will be put on layer named
prefix"-BDRY" and tract fills (hatches) will be put on a layer
named prefix"-FILL". Changing this setting will not affect
any existing Tracts or layers
Hatch/Fill Pattern: The hatch pattern that will fill Tracts
of this type. (clicking the Preview button will display
a swatch of the pattern) Changing this setting will not affect
any existing Tracts or hatches
Hatch/Fill Color: This color will be assigned to the
Tract Type layers. Changing this setting will not affect
any existing Tracts or layers
Hatch/Fill Scale: The default scale for hatching Tracts
assigned this Tract Type. Tract Manager may adjust
this scale if necessary to properly display the fill.
Validate Input: Clicking this button will check all input.
Any invalid data will be flagged and the user will be
prompted to correct it. Validating the input will enable the OK button.
