Summary Format files have an extension of .rep.  Using the dialog box, navigate to
the desired folder, selected the desired file and click Open.  This will import all Summary Format types
the selected file.  Note that any Summary Formats already in the current drawing of the
same name as imported formats types will be overwritten. Users should rename any
existing Summary Formats before importing.

Tract Manager installs some sample Summary Formatt Types.  The file is cadtracts Sample Summary.rep
and can be found in the install folder (default is Program Files/CadTracts/TractManager).
