Insert into Drawing

This Summary Output Option will create a text chart from the chosen Land Use Summary.
The text will be on the layer and of the style and size indicated when the Summary was created or edited

The user will be prompted to select Pick an Insertion Point. The function will create the chart
based on the selected Summary Format. And a small box showing the hatch pattern and color
associated with the Tract Type will be included after each tract to act as a legend. (Should the
user fail to select a Summary Format before starting the command, an alert box will display)
