Query Tract

This function can be used to find out to which tract, if any, a certain drawing entity belongs.

The user will be prompted Pick Entity to Query.  When an entity is selected, an Alert box will
display the name of the Tract to which it belongs.

If the selected entity is not part of a defined Tract, the user will be notified.
